The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome and well-cared for throughout my stay. The facilities at Lausanne Palace are top-notch. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire. The spa and wellness center provide a serene escape, offering a wide range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated. The hotel is very beautiful, with a warm and welcoming feel. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff at the hotel were also very kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions , accomodate our requests and give us precious advice. The hotel is in the center of the city, so it was easy to reach many local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We could easily explore the area on foot or by subway and enjoy all that Lausanne has to offer. Overall, our stay at the Lausanne Palace was a wonderful experience. The beautiful hotel, spacious, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, and perfect location made the trip very enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

Even prior to our arrival, we received a thoughtful and thorough message to answer our questions and assist with reservations. Special thanks to Stefano. The room and terrace were unexpectedly spacious, and the lake view was really beautiful. I also enjoyed a peaceful early morning swim with the twinkling lights above the pool... so pretty. We were made to feel welcome and were always acknowledged by the friendly staff coming and going. I would especially like to thank Wilson for his attentiveness and care. Lausanne Palace will take a prominent place in the happy memories of our visit to Switzerland.

A most welcoming and efficient staff who ensure their customers enjoy their stay to the maximum benefit. My stay was made extra special due to the circumstances whereby both my Swiss mother and English father had worked in the hotel from 1939 and beyond (independently of each other) and eventually married in Geneva that led to me being born in Basle in 1946. Their General Manager was very helpful and supportive of my research to produce an illustrated book of their lives in Switzerland working in several of their very best hotels for 10 years before settling in England permanently.

We didn't try the breakfast as we're not big on breakfast so for us the CHF 45 a head seemed steep. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Complimentary assortment of drinks in the room. We had a suite for us and two kids, the extra beds for the kids are proper beds that were very comfortable not a fold out sofa. Room size was 50+m2 so still spacious even with 4
